Re: fave band shirt?
Until reasonable Christians work to change this, "Fags like God" is appropriate in my mind. Not to derail the thread or anything, but isn't that kind of similar reasoning to when right wingers and racists go on about how it's up to moderate Muslims to prove they aren't all terrorists? Fro...

Re: Start fucking bands.
I need a guitarist for a blahblahblah project I have in mind. what style, im interested. I've had an idea for a early/mid 90's pop punk thinking kickin' around for a while, but mostly I was just teasing Brandon. i've also had an idea for a motorhead/turbonegroish rock and roll thing kickin around f...

I love Limp Wrist! Want Us Dead is one of my two favorite 7-inches ever. I think they're one of the best political hardcore bands because their presence actually posed a challenge to the conventions of hardcore imo.

Re: Feb 19 Being a Bear, Voices, AK 47 and Deviated Septums
From my understanding, Being a Bear are still getting a bit of that new band buzz in Calgary so they've been getting more press and shows than Voices as of late. Plus personally I like Being a Bear better. But maybe I made the wrong choice!

is that kid's dad going to be okay with him playing a show like this? and is he going to be hurt realizing that he is pretty much being laughed at between sets? I told the dad on the phone that it's a hardcore show and there will be drinking. His dad said that's fine, they'll just come, do their th...

Medusa got a new drummer and we'll be looking for shows soon. We would love to play on a bill like this! What's the story on Medusa? Our drummer went out of town for 3 months then came back for 2 weeks then decided she wanted to leave forever! But now we have a new drummer. No, I mean what style of...

(And also what I just said about supporting girl musicians is what pretty much everyone has been doing so far on this thread. Moot point? Perhaps.) Ebony and I talked about maybe getting All For The Best over to Vic for a show and doing it with Victim's Choice and Open Relationship. I think it'd be...
