went to member appreciation day at van city, had some dregs of coffee, dipped cookies in it. good times.

Cafe Fantastico is rad. Can't complain with a good medium coffee for under 2$ (usually go there well I am waiting for my bus to camosun).

Don't get the hype around Habit's coffee but those vegan brownies are good enough to keep me coming back.

Actually, yeah most days I am. Thursday I have class at 10, Friday I have class at 9:30. Tuesday's my day off, but I'm still usually up at 8.

it's increasingly rare to see me without a cup of coffee in my hand. americanos are my favorite but drip is delicious too. always black, MAYBE a bit of milk but never ever sugar.
habit = delicious, fantastico = delicious, i've had some pretty good americanos from bubby's...i just love coffee. mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

In all seriousness, I drink black coffee pretty much every day. I sometimes get bad headaches when I go without. For home, I buy whole beans (usually Kicking Horse or Ethical Bean) and grind that shit fresh. Around town I usually hit Sweet Tooth, J.J. Bean (their americanos fuck my shit up), or this weird place by my jam space that sells a bunch of antique shit as movie props. I can get free coffee at work but instead I usually walk across SFU to Nature's Garden, which has the best coffee ever, and for students it's only $1 for a 12 oz. cup.

P.S. The French press intrigues me, does one require a specific grind of coffee to make this work?
