The upstairs tenants are super down as long as it doesn't go too late. I got lucky in that respect. Joey Chaos (my upstairs neighbor) is playing the April 9th show at my house! It's the people all around the house I'm worried about. I'll totally go a door-knocking closer too the date but ending it early makes for an easier sell.
