So Paige is moving out of her room. Someone new is to take her place.
Who is interested. I know Reece is interested.

Rundown of the house.
$500 for the smaller room.
Roughly $60 for cable/hydro
Every 3 or 4 months 50 for water/sewage bill

Winter is tricky. It gets cold. Whole other problem there.
