My new house needs a new roommate! Central location (behind the McDonalds on Hillside), awesome garden, jam space, nice roommates. Rent will be around $350. We're looking for someone that is cool with bands jamming at reasonable times but who can also be respectful of student roommates. The room is available immediately but we're not in a rush to fill it (we'll consider anytime up to September). Let me know!
