I still listen to Ice Grills on the reg. Solid record from start to finish. I wasn't to into Dedicated To The Babies That Came Feet First. I think I've listened to it once the whole way through, and that was a bit of a struggle. Ray Cappo just irks me general, like everything about him.

i think there are some nice jams on dedicated.
but yeah ice grillz is sick.
i don't own a copy of it so i usually have to jam No Omega which has it on it.

Not gonna lie, I've never listened to either album. Don't really care too. Nothing against Cold World, just not the style of hardcore I'm into.

ice grills was fun, but kind of got old for me. "dedicated..." just came off as a 5th rate life of agony rip off with people from better bands doing guest vocals

I didnt really think ice grillz was anything special.
Dedicated was fresh and made me wanna mosh buildings in tokyo
I dont like Life Of Agony but I love DTBWCFF

LOA falls victim to the "Skrewdriver Phenomenon." People who wished to fit the mold of the tough guy hardcore kid had to appear to like LOA. People have been pretending to like these 2 bands for so long no one even knows that they actually don't like them. It is not clear how these bands added to the appearance of toughness within hardcore communities across North America and Europe.

cold world rules! i think i've seen em 4-5 times since 2004 and it's always great. also, it's funny to think that each time, the band was a bit fatter. my friend said it best "sell more records, eat more food".
