toast a couple handfulls of gnocchi in a frying pan (no butter/oil) once they’ve gotten crispy or have a browned/blackened side add a splash of olive oil and toss until theyve absorbed most of the oil. then add salt/pepper (as much as desired)
its such a great snack. you can probably make them better by getting more creative with the spices, but i don't have enough money to afford anything other than salt and pepper
