My favourite movie is Mean Girls. It's probably the most hilarious work of satire I've ever seen.

that is because tina fey and amy pohler are two of the funniest ladies in the universe.

umm i dont have very classy tastes, my favourite movies are the big lebowski, boogie nights and baseketball.
coen brother movies never seem to fail to amuse me, and i really liked 'a serious man'. like an 800x more jewish big lebowski.
aaand i saw scarface for the first time last weekend. i thoroughly enjoyed it.

The whole concept of "classy" tastes in movies are ridiculous. I mean, yeah, there are movies with literally no redeeming social value COUGHTWILIGHTCOUGH but I've found reasons to love some seriously shitty movies (seriously, I LOVE The Last Boy Scout, and that movie is legitimately garbage).

Big Lebowski, Boogie Nights, and the Coen Brothers are all backed. Baseketball made me laugh my ass off the first time I saw it, and I still chuckle whenever I watch it.

Scarface is okay. I mean, yeah, it's got it's moments, but the fact is, is that Goodfellas, Casino, and The Godfather parts 1 and 2 are way, way, WAY better gangster flicks. Plus, you have to remember this important rule: anyone who says that Scarface is their "all time favorite movie" is a douchebag. No exceptions.

I like good movies. They're always just hype. You motherfuckers need to watch Who's Your Caddy. Or Period Piece. Boring cinema is always trying to "deliver a message". If you need a movie to give you a message, or tell you whats wrong or right you should be sterilized.

Every "good" movie has a message of some sort. Whether you agree with said message is another story. The way I look at it is that a movie with a message causes discussion, so it ends up being good in that way. People who only use those messages as a way to live their life are fools, for sure, but that doesn't make the message or concepts any less important.
