my lease expires in january, then i'm going to try to find a cheaper place but until then money is WAY too tight to think about gym memberships haha (although, the steamworks gym membership is like 10 dollars per month, but i could be wrong, as i only had a few seconds to check the board when i was making a delivery there.)

plus i'm already making some headway with my home workouts, check out this photo from the last kunta haji show!

The shit I took while reading this was more productive than any dialogue in this thread. It's almost like hardcore isn't some monolithic group with a single identifiable ethos.

if you're talking about the steamworks on pender that's on our delivery route, a little heads up...it's not used for working out in the traditional sense http://steamworksonline.com/

If the band was there the second day I defiantly would of asked them why they though ripping up the sign was the best way to deal with people who have a problem with the actions of your band. People were talking to the person who ripped up the sign but you shouted "We've got beers to drink", and "save politics for Monday".

Who are you saying you too? Also they didn't show up Sunday because Dting was probably not allowed in the venue. I don't even know why we're talking about this. Let's look ahead to this Saturday!

I FUCKING WOULD.

maybe that one girl wasn't offended but i saw a lot of men and women offended by what happened.
I didn't see it go down but i saw black water confront horizons and they acted like typical brocore jocks so fuck em.

everyone in jelly boyz is fucking rad and sing along to nirvana.

this year was the best hardcore fest thanks to everyone.

oh ya which band covered unbroken? that fucking killed.

Lol at brocore jock comment. If only you knew who they were. Also, isn't this just labeling people just one incident? Is this what punk/hardcore become. No one's better than anyone else. I'm so sick of everything, let's just keep watching Zenon's tight video over and over again

Also with the Madball comment. There is a stark difference between a white power band and a dude saying something stupid. I don't think the dude from Horizons is a sexist moron. I think he said something stupid and tried to play it off as nothing instead of just facing up that he fucked up.
