still, i say dudes doing china white and charlie in the kitchen is better than dudes doing white and brown, drinking and rolling joints on the roof, operating heavy machinery, etc... not that it's a competition. i'm just glad it's been a long time since i've had to work with any dudes who smoke crack all night instead of sleeping before going to work. seen some rough times...
also, tyler told me the most scathing thing he's ever heard anyone say was said by me towards Willa at alzu's. RIP.

Waiting is perhaps the single most honest movie about restaurants that I've ever seen. No lie, I've either seen or done EVERYTHING that happens in that movie. Straight up.
