who is headlining this fest? I mean I am stoked for this fest! lots of tight bands, but no "big" bands have really been announced yet.

I know they are announcing it little by little. I was just wondering about the fest, so unless you know anything about it would you mind butting out? thanks.
I was just wondering if they were announcing "bigger" bands, I didn't ask to know who they were, just wondering if they were. Out of general curiosity. Since last year there was Shook Ones and shit and this year there isn't really a band that I could say is that popular. Set foot I guess? I dunno.

Warren: trust me, as soon as they have full confirmations they'll be tellin' ya. My guess is that they still have a few kinks to work out and then there'll be a wicked headliner announcement. This happened pretty much every year I promoted and/or just helped with the fest.

uh, I don't know for sure but from talking to people organizing this, it sounds like theres one or two big draw bands.

I wouldn't hold your breath for any BIG HEADLINER to be announced, it is what it is. we worked on getting a number of them to confirm, to no avail.
the remainder to be announced are locals and 1 special guest.
Willa is right, if a big headliner is going to be announced - it'll be super last minute, and super awesome,
otherwise you get what we give you, these are the bands that wanted to play, and the bands that got back to us.
also, I would totally attend that super rad sublime fest

Everyone is a headliner. You can consider Set Foot a headliner if you want! They are very popular in Vic.. But in my opinion every band is just as good as the next. If the "bigger hardcore bands" don't want to play here, then eff that. They don't have to. We have a great enough scene in BC/Washington/Alberta to make the best fest year after year. And I wouldn't change it!
