His new show has started. Did anyone else manage to catch it?

I have no such thing as "Television".
Instead I watched a Finnish/Russian horror movie called Sauna set on the border of the two countries in 1595. It was really well written and fucking terrifying. I got to geek out to horror AND history.

If you have time next time you're out this way you can totally come over and watch it, too.

Was pleased. Did it seem like the interviews with his guests were quite rushed?

Soundgarden are the musical guest tonight.
I enjoyed it. I'm not a habitual talk show watcher, but I like Conan and I'm glad to see him back with his own show.
I hope it does well for him and takes away from the Tonight Show's ratings.

doesn't have the same amount of time as he used to have. Also with longer intro it takes away. On the old show he could sometimes go a bit longer into the next show. (like 1 or 2 mins). With the basic cable show he is more set down to a certain time limit.

Conan's strong suit was never the interviews anyways. The opening monologue ruled so it made up for the rather lackluster interview with that Glee member. Seth's interview was funny I thought.

an interview or episode with Norm automatically undoes any wrongdoings from any other boring interviews.

THis. I really only give more than one shit about the interview if it's Norm.

Great show, Jack White (while I love him) is a fucking shifty dude that does not seem comfortable on tv. So happy to have Conan back on tv. And it's a sweet deal that the episodes will be posted online free to watch the next day. Because Conan rules that way.
