Hey, I need to have a new place to live by Febuary at the latest, ideally January 15th. I can't afford to pay any more than $400, but I have no problem doing lot's of household chores. I'm currently living in the Fernwood/Hillside area, and I'd like to stay within relative distance to downtown.
If you don't know me, my name's Mike and I'm 20 years old. I don't hang around the house too much, and I skateboard/bike everywhere. If anyone could help out, it would be greatly appreciated.
