LIVE IN THE TROYLER-will someone sublet it for March?

edit: I have signed a lease for an apartment for March 1st. I need someone to sublet for one month (March) for $550 since Troy has a roommate lined up for April.

I am probably going to move into an apartment with my girlfriend soon. I anticipate a bedroom being available in the troyler on either march 1 or april 1. probably march 1. I will post updates as I have them but don't go giving your current landlord your notice until you know the date for sure. I still need to nail down a new place. hopefully not too much rent overlap will happen with either me or whoever moves in, but I'm sure we can work something out to make it smooth and easy.

rent is $550 + bills (internet/cable, hydro, water, buying heating oil). the only significant bill is heat, which we only pay for in the winter months, but we have adam who has been in the driveway and offsetting the cost by putting in $200/month towards heat during the normal school year.

you've seen the place. beautiful backyard, deck, it's totally furnished, has laundry machines that I procured from craigslist, some storage room, troy has a Wii. there's two grocery stores, a mall, two liquor stores, and lots of stuff nearby. including late-night food at mcdonalds or macs. 30 minute walk from UVic, maybe a 50 minute walk from downtown. dishwasher, oven, bookshelf space, etc.

I bet that troy would be willing to work something out if a couple wanted to move in. he might even prefer this since it saves everyone some rent.

it's an awesome house to live in and you'd be sharing it with just one other guy - no weird top-suite tenants or duplex neighbours complaining about hearing you.

hopefully the troyler can continue to do shows. maybe even more often and with less worrying with me gone.

also troy and I are on good terms and he gets that I want to live with becky and have some change.

and ALSO we were on a month-to-month lease so you wouldn't have to commit to anything CRAZY

I should also clarify that this post is just a well-meaning dig for interest while I'm looking for a new place. I felt like it was the responsible moving-roommate thing to do.
