they are playing friday in vancouver, i know its a long shot but people should come out since these guys only play shows once in a blue moon

When FV played there it was rad times. I definitely would play the Astoria again.

We got 2 free pitchers of beer, but Lydia Dax and I were the only ones who drank... And I was the one who mostly drank... It was pretty sweet.

Combining something like 4 birthdays from Vancouver and Washington we found ourselves with just a mobb of kids and the bar we'd planned to celebrate in had some horrible butt rock and 15 dollar cover so we wandered around the corner to a little club that seamingly had just opened up cause it was just dead and the DJ was playing rancid so it seemed like fate. So we party there for a couple hours drinks are cheap were the only ones there minus some hipsters who were down to party like sloppy punk rockers who wound up going to the club. Sometime later I get a little tap on the shoulder from a friend saying that there was a group in the corner that expressed interested in hurting us. I look over at them and theres a table of maybe 5 and 2 of them are girls. Then I look around and the bar is wall to wall with hardcore kids. It feels like champion is gonna take the stage any second. So I laugh and go back to dancing like a goof. Now I dont know why they had a problem and I really dont think they knew how many of us there were but in a instant this table of 3 angry dudes is up and swinging pool cues and us. ball of fist swing dust rolls out the door and down the street 2 of theirs end up in ambulances with pulp face 1 in jail. One of ours in jail I caught a dust of pepper spray in the side of the head. We try to go back to the club but are no longer welcome so we head home feeling like jolly green giants.
