Not gonna lie, this upset me when I read it. Sucks x10 to be those kids. And while I would by no means denigrate the shit anyone has to go through, no matter what country you live in, at least we've don't have to deal with this kind of bullshit...

Wasn't Indonesia, it was a small province that is semi-autonomous from the government. It's also the only place in the archipelago to have instituted Islamic law. Apparently this is not the same across the country, most people live secular lives and practice moderate forms of Islam.

oh well, my comment still marginally makes sense, thats the first really in depth article ive seen about what happened.
