NEUEHAUS New roommate needed!

My new house needs a new roommate! Central location (behind the McDonalds on Hillside), awesome garden, jam space, nice roommates. Rent will be around $350. We're looking for someone that is cool with bands jamming at reasonable times but who can also be respectful of student roommates. The room is available immediately but we're not in a rush to fill it (we'll consider anytime up to September). Let me know!

ummmmmmmmmmm this sounds very interesting to me, but ill have to think about it when i'm NOT drunk.
EDIT: the mc'd's beside hillside mall?
