I'm a firm believer in transparency within this scene, Jordan. :P

apart from that one week of snow i've ridden my bike every day for the last year. no ride = a sad pester.

I'd be into doing a good ride like that. I would have to get back in good enough shape though haha

This is why i've started running up hills so much!
except my bike is too small for me so it's going to be extra difficult hahaha.

Riding to work again after 5 months of laziness. Took about a week to get back into the swing and remind myself of all the wonderful quirks I so missed (like sweat getting on my glasses.) Gotta say that riding 21km a day feels pretty good though.

watched Bronson and it inspired me to possibly get tougher, and talk with a badass english accent. i might pick this up because it seems like ridiculousness:

I bike to and from work every day, and around town for errands and stuff. I used to go to the Y but I started taking music lessons and it kind of takes up all my time now. That, and I got tired of old ladies with veiney hangers who refuse to get dressed in the change room. The gym is not an appropriate place to air-dry your short and curlies.

so far i have not heard about anyone squatting, deadlifting or lifting any kinds of weights in this thread. therefor, i deem this thread false.

sometimes it seems weird to me to "workout" to exercise or to build muscle or mass or something, when you could just do "real" activities that you enjoy that have the added benefit of exercise. but hey maybe lifting weights and shit can be fun for some people.
