American Nightmare & Ceremony at Brooklyn Steel in NY
It was my first time seeing AN and 13 year old me died. I think this was a great last show before the pandemic.
Before that, it was Hot Water Music two nights back to back at The Phoenix in Toronto at the end of January.

29 Feb 2021: AN/ Ceremony. Sarah and I played ping pong at a tavern down the road before seeing mostly everyone I’ve ever known, including most of you. Ceremony did the thing where they juxtapose their awful Christian Death impression to 90 second of hardcore, then smell their own farts. AN is way over doing that so they did a Sick of it All impression with less charisma and way harder breakdowns. Was on the other side of glass wall during quite the dust up, Chris walked us to the train, Jordan came to dinner later that week then the world ended.
