10 PM SHARP! UNDER THE BAY STREET BRIDGE.

Couple Rules for those of you coming:

1.Hide your liquor until your under the bridge, 60 people walking/biking down to the beach with 15packs/bottles of horse piss, alerted the cops at the last show. Don't be the cause of the cops coming down below... Let there be DOOM!

2.If you can see the road from where your standing....well friend your standing in the wrong fucking spot.

3.Lock your bikes under the bridge this time against the fence so no one can see them.... the fifteen stacked bikes up the tree on Bay street last time ahhhaha No.

And the most important thing...

If cops show up we are shooting a music video and blame it on Uvic... you saw it on a flyer or some shit there... it gets us out of fines usually and it goes over better with the cops then any other drunkn justification."

I wanna say something sarcastic, but I'm really kinda dumbfounded. Friends don't let friends listen to Funk Vigilante. As somebody with ears, it's offensive that they even exist (that and they openly endorse racist politicians.)

I'm not going because I particularly enjoy their music. I'm going because Ghosty is a rad dude and people I know are going.

Yeah I was really kinda dumb founded. I just told him that I don't believe in rock stars, just dudes in bands some of them are dicks.

I'm also curious about how the show went last night.

Nah, we were just introduced by a mutual friend who figured that since we both played guitars in bands we'd have lots to talk about. We didn't, and the conversation ended pretty abruptly before either of us asked the other's name.

i showed up to the bridge and missed every band

stoned eyes
space miracle (fuck i wanted to see them)
and six brew

i got there just in time for some annoying noise dudes clearing the place out

I had a rad time. Stoned Eyes were cool, their set was only 3 songs and was done after like 20 minutes max which was weird for a doom band but oh well. We played, there's a video of some of it somewhere on facebook if anybody really cares.

dude some guitarist of this band tried to add tyler and me on facebook a year or 2 or ago.. and we had no idea who he was so messaged him being like umm do (we) know you.. he replied back being like "Just requesting people to tell them about my band! or something like that

Tyler wrote him some really long message in response that made him block tyler.
i forget most of the details of this.

It's good to know I'm not the only one who doesn't like them... after Saturday night my friend wouldn't stop raving about them (or Funk V). I should've just ditched and gone to the bridge.

I remember when I first had to start making desicions like "Do I wanna hang out with my friends who want to play beer pong and listen to Red Hot Chili Peppers all night being lame, or go to awesome punk shows and drink 40's and hang out with scumbags." I think I made the right choice.

you feel better about that choice more and more as life goes on
