"Dedication" stems from fear of being wiped out. ICP fans may be rabid/over-sensitive, but that's due to the fact that they know their shit is godawful

Considering that ICP owns a successful independent record label, produced two movies and are working on a third, owns their own professional wrestling league and run a yearly festival that 20,000 kids show up to, I don't think they're too afraid of being wiped out. They've sold 6.5 million records. When was the last time a punk band did that without major label support? You don't have to like what ICP does, but there is no denying it's impressive and incredibly well organized.
