I haven't really kept track of what actually came out in 2010 or not.

Some of my favorite bands all released new albums so I guess those would probably top my list: In no particular order.

Broadcast Zero - Some Concerns Regarding This Revolt

Cambridge - This Is Not A Victory

Subsistance - I don't remember the name but it represents alot of things I really like about oldschool hardcore.

I want to include the new Rebel Spell album but it's not released yet so it doesn't really count as 2010 release. I've heard alot of it and it's quite good and gets an honourable mention.

It's odd cause i've listened to a ton of music and done a couple of big music playlist trades on our mp3 players with some friends and been exposed to alot of great music. However most of it either wasn't released in 2010 or I knew about the bands before this year.
