I have been trying to reset my password for a while now and finally bothered to check my server logs to see why I never received the reset email.
Looks like the Dreamhost IP associated with this server is on the following blacklist (which I was using on my VPS):
http://www.spamrats.com/bl?208.113.189.4
Their methodology is a bit on the zealous side but if VIHC has a dedicated IP, you should ask Dreamhost to change the PTR record for it to reflect your domain.
