Looking for a place? 2 of our roommates are moving out in January...one is moving to Calgary, the other is moving closer to work. If you haven't been to the Red Door, it's a big wood cabin on an acre of land. It's in Royal Oak but the busses are good. We have a jam space you can use as late as you'd like. We also have house shows here...get in for free, save big!
Rent: if we find one roommate it will be 450. If we find 2 it will be 370. Utilities are cheap here...about 15 per month.

I thought the same thing before I went there, but it's actually just a couple of blocks from the Royal Oak Exchange, so getting downtown and back again would be waaaay easier for Nick if he moved there. It's way better than Colwood.
Having attended several shows there, I can confirm that A: the house is dope and on a gorgeous part of the island and B: the kids that live there are rad.
White Ribs dudes would do well to move there, too.

We're planning on moving at the beginning of February (based mostly on my job) but we've given our month notice on this place and could move in January!
P.s., we're going to be taking advantage of this place before we move out, so when would be best for a lot of you vic kids to come up here?!?! We're thinking around the 20th
