ive heard very little grief. mainly just the splits with sludge band -16- who rule. but yeah i dug it. check out Noosebomb if you havent, i think its dudes from grief, and trap them.

I always neglected Grief until I got really stoned and decided to give that album a listen the other night when I made that post... pretty much a perfect sludge record, ranks up there with the best from that genre (Eyehategod, Burning Witch, Goatsblood, etc).

ha, ya i could see that. its really minimal stuff. were they doing their more doomy style or the newer cleaner stuff?

Good album, but Hiberniculum is better. I've got it on vinyl, you should come over sometime and I can let you listen to it.
