it's basically a blog (but instead of whining about your opinion, you usually just put things up that you like or like) where you post things you like that you have in computer form (usually found off the internet): words, pictures, movies, songs. And you post them on your tumblr, then you follow other people and they follow you and you take over the world. it's fun, if anything and there is some cool shit.
