i'm having a hard time finding people to start a band with that don't flake. I want to drum in a hardcore band,but not so much a 'antiquated punk rock music' band(have heart,champion,blahblah). it would be sweet to jam with people into 80s hardcore(minor threat,faith,ssd,negativeFX,ill repute,Dr.know,JFA) or thrashier shit(WxHxN?,scholastic deth,bones brigade,cut the shit,dead nation, the rites,spazz,lack of interest). I don't have a permanent jam spot, but i have a kit and i can play.

Not saying everyone wants to do a band like champion / have heart / whatever
but then again haven't heard many people say they want to start a band recently..
