Yeah, Pure Country Gold are awesome...Mean Jeans are a totally fun party band who will be awesome. The whole weekend will be alot of fun...and I guarantee that nobody who buys a ticket to this fest will NOT have fun. Tickets are a little pricey, but every band is from outa town, and I'm paying for ferry for all of 'em and putting 'em up, renting a backline, etc. $2.70 per band is a steal of a deal anyway! Personally, I'm looking forward to it all...I've only seen Blank Its twice and they were two of my fave sets I've seen in the past 10 years...Ape City should destory some eardrums...Throwaways are young and fun (I insist on playing at least one show with them every time I'm in Calgary)...yeah it'll be a fun show all around. Lotsa people coming for the weekend from Vancouver, Calgary, Seattle...lotsa other stuff planned for the weekend.
