i do a weekly radio show at CFRC called keep it real radio. it's been on/off since 2005.

check it out every tuesday at midnight (eastern time. not sure what this equates to victoria time)

troy's is the action index ( http://theactionindex.tumblr.com ) and he's thursdays from 6:30-8pm.
