god dammit I wish I could make restaurant quality chow mein.

I've been doing the soy/oyster/water/cornstarch thing for sauce and boiling-then-frying noodles. SOMETHING'S MISSING.

post food-related thoughts. what are you eating? what awesome recipe are you proud of and want to share?

Tyler, what are you doing exactly with that sauce. Asian is admittedly my least knowledgable area of expertise, but i still might be able to give you pointers.
