Anyways I guess music wise I'm currently playing things like Shai Hulud, Terror, Saetia, Orchid aaaand Sick of it All among many others. Oh, and always anything Ian Mackaye related, I'm a fangirl.
This is me embarassing myself, feel free to throw tomatoes.
Do you wear glasses? I remember selling a ticket to a girl in a SH shirt. I was the scowly looking dude with the neck tattoo and black flannel.
Either way welcome! What are your feelings on Integrity and Clevo Hardcore in general? No pressure, but if you dont say what i want to hear i'll be forced to ostracize you from the scene

I came with a ticket.... But I dooo wear glasses. Real femmy ones with a jewels.. DON'T JUDGE.
How bout you educate me, because I don't think I've dived into that. Kill me.
SWEET. Okay, instead of telling you to listen and like those bands, I'll just give you a list of some of my favorites and let you decide if you like them or not.
Integrity- listen to anything up to and including
Seasons in the Size of Days. After that, Aaron Melnick left the band and they did two records,
Closure and
Integrity 2000. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE ALBUMS. They are beyond godawful. Their most recent stuff is actually really good, and I'm seriously looking forward to the new full length.
Ringworm- everything this band has done is good, but I'm particularly fond of
The Promise,
Birth is Pain and
Justice Replaced by Revenge.
9 Shocks Terror- only put out a S/T 7" and a full length called
Zen and the Art of Kicking Your Ass. Both are excellent.
Gluttons- more recent addition to the pantheon that features the Human Furnace from Ringworm doing guitar/vocals. I only have a 7" demo, but fuck is it good.
Pitboss 2K- Fun. Just...fuck. Fun.
One Life Crew-...do not listen to OLC. Seriously.
These are the big names (even OLC, despite their racist douchebaggery) that pretty much define the sound that is Cleveland hardcore. There are a lot of bands that take influence from them (Withdrawal in Winnipeg, Putrid Brew in Kelowna, Creatures in Cali, actually all of Winnipeg now that I think about it) but we'll get to those later.
Now go listen to those bands. I expect a six page paper on my desk by Wednesday.
