The Troyler should do a show that admission is by a bottle of hot sauce only.

I don't like ketchup, but I'm down with the pepper. Pepper mills are where it's at.

Send us a text message reminder after Oct. 1st and I'll see if I can find some hot sauce in California for you.
No joke, if you buy me a giant bottle of Tapatio I will love you forever. Like, big. Two liters, if possible. I love that stuff and finding it is near impossible in this city.
I support this thread. That hotsauce we bought in summerland ruled! can't wait to try these crazy hot ones.

I gotta agree that frank's is really really good as a mild hot sauce with a lot of tang and that's why they have been so successful.

Re: new hot sauces arriving to the legendary castle collection
Is there any hot sauce out there that has a bit of a curry flavour to it? I'd like to add it in with some tofu and dry spices don't always hold up unless I've got time to give it some love.

Re: new hot sauces arriving to the legendary castle collection
this isn't hot sauce, and is a bit of a cop out, but the patak's brand curry pastes and spicy chutney are both viable options. I do this tofu/black bean stir fry in rice/spinach and usually start with frying the tofu in hot curry paste to give it some flavour while I'm browning it.
