Godspeed You! Black Emperor Announce North American Tour Dates, Play Vancouver

Earlier this year, Montreal-based instrumental rockers Godspeed You! Black Emperor ended their indefinite hiatus, announcing that they�d be curating ATP�s Nightmare Before Christmas in Minehead, England this December. The rest of us were left waiting for North American dates to be announced. Now, the preliminary schedule has arrived.

Following some shows in Europe, Godspeed will kick off their North American dates with a single Canadian performance in Vancouver on February 16. After that, they�ll head down the west coast, ending that run in Los Angeles. There�s a huge gap of dates before they appear in Brooklyn on March 16 and continue from there, ending the run on March 29 in Detroit.

According to a post on the Constellation Records site, a few more Canadian dates are on the way along with a full European run. For now, all the currently scheduled dates are below.
