I was talking to Ev this summr at TIH. That Mindset/Vile Style show came up and he said he loved that show and that Vile Style was great. I was just standing there thinking "hahahah he doesn't even remember us"........ then he asked what that song about tacos was called. Awkward.

I just realised who mindset is. Keith has their shit all around our house and all I knew was that they were some straight edge hardcore band. Now i remember i went to see vilestyle play camas and a band played after them. They were Mindset. I honestly thought they were a young kid up-and-coming local band--i didn't take them seriously... awkwards.

Also, this discussion is really dumb, but now that it's about vile style i'm 100% behind it.

They played before us. At the time they were kinda "up and coming" but now they are on React! and one of the best bands around right now.

mindset rule and are were great dudes to hang out with on the ferry. I was bummed they wanted us to play after them haha. the singer has recognized both jordan and I at shows outside of the country. also vile style butchered every cover we ever played(except negative approach)

i love how bummed hunter and jordan get when i mention i legit like VileStyle

everynow and then it comes up on my ipod and work and its always fun. recording kinda sucks... but its still fun. that was a dollar well spent when i got that 7" last time in vancouver

My first show in Victoria. All I really remember from it are Vile Style and Foul Play sets and meeting Troy and Tyler. Afterwards I phoned people in Ontario to tell them they needed more bobsleds.
