Their bassist is the guitar player for Krallice and that is a totally sweet blackmetal band. They were also really sweet live but didn't "rock out" they just sounded really good and didn't fuck up at all.CodyCreepcore wrote:i dont know what you guys are talking about but i LOVE BEHOLD... Re: Post the best live performance ever
that salem shit blew my mind. whattt the fuck.
mostly because it appears that there's 100s, if not potentially 1000s of people watching that. it sounded like tricky took heroin and let that kid that's always messing around with the microkorg at the music shop all the time play live on stage. i checked their website and the only merch they sell is 100 dollar XXL tshirts, well, actually they're sold out.
complete will always have a close spot to my heart. i've watched the videos so many times, and i heard they even had a reunion, but i've never seen any proof.
also, i think that guy from the vines ended up having asbergers.

http://www.wideo.fr/video/iLyROoafvXes.html couldn't read the page to figure out how to imbed the video but enjoy. i dunno if i'm being sarcastic or not but hell. I present to you the incredibly hard to find, FEAR live on SNL 1981 at the insistence of Mr. Belushi. Props if you can spot Ian MacKaye of Minor Threat , Tesco Vee of The Meatmen, Harley Flanagan and John Joseph of The Cro-mags, and John Brannon of Negative Approach.

When I was twelve, I lived in Cincinnati, Ohio. I knew nothing of Punk Rock. I couldn't even tell you who Fear were. I also had no friends, no connections, and the internet was nothing but a series of chat rooms filled with painfully shy older men pretending to be women (this was 1993). Basically, I was alone in a wasteland of shit. Then one day I got sick and stayed home from school. I was watching Comedy Central, and at this time the channel was super new and so played almost nothing but old re-runs of SNL during the daytime hours. This is how I randomly saw this episode and was completely blown away. I wanted to know what was going on, who these people were, and why the hell they thought they could play the saxophone. This was going to be the gateway for me getting into really, really good music.
Instead I fell into the neo-hippie crowd that branched off of the grunge kids and listened to nothing but the Grateful Dead for the next three years, at which point I got HEAVILY into skid-metal.
I am very, very stupid.

Also, I have no desire to watch two mentally challenged girls being pimped for the general public.
