So newest development. Said April 1st room matt can no longer afford to move out here. So that once again opens up the contest of living here.

Must be okay with shows (obviously)
550 rent + (56/2) + (58/2) + (90/2) every 4 months.
Winter heating is like 600/2 for 1.5 months. Oct-march prime heating months
Or just fire heat which takes longer to heat house.

Suggestion: make the spare room a practice space. $550 is less than what we pay for our room in Van. It'd give you more room in the rest of the house and you could cover the amenities with a few dollars from a show a month.

Or move your couch/tv/etc. into the spare room, create the Lemberg man-cave and leave the living room empty for practicing in and then you wouldn't need to move a ton of stuff to do shows.

Well I'd like it, just depends when you need the monies. I'm not going to have spare cash until I get my damage deposit back most like (unless I can convince my dad to spot me a feew more bucks). Also depends on how much you want for it?

I'd say that unless a sweet name combination gets suggested just stick with Tr0yler. Most of the punk houses' names live past the residents who christened them anyway.
