HEY! can someone help me book a show in nanimo for may 6th?

My friends band the Progressive Thinker are coming to the island for may 6th and 7th but the ladyi got directed to to help do a show for nanimo is too busy to help us around that time, anyone do shows there/have contacts who do?

i dont think many people do shows in nanaimo except for Devin

if they dont mind bars, tell them to just get in contact with the staff at the Cambie.
place sucks though, staff wise and venue wise.

Jakob, Nanaimo is really hard to get good shows. Talk to Cam from Deadmans Trio he might be able to set something up. I've toured with 2 of his bands he's a good dude that won't screw you around. The Cambie sucks and if it's Josh still promoting there he will screw you around. Every band I know that has ever dealt with him has a horror story.

Parksville, Victoria or Campbell River are your best bet. I can give you contacts for all of those places.
