more death metal

disfiguring the goddess - circle of nine. Amazingly heavy stuff, the guitar player and drummer both quit before recording started, and the vocalist did the whole album himself, i remember when the band first started (as i've fallowed them for quite some time) and they were basically a gory deathcore band with weird synth parts. Its matured so much, more technical, much clearer production, the synth and orchestral parts have improved tenfold.
so glad its finally out.

I never really got into Thursday growing up like a lot of people I know. I always thought Geoff Rickley needed vocal lessons. I think he finally got some, and the band moved in a more progressive direction. I guess I can say I like one Thursday album now...

Kinda surprised nobody is mentioning that he's in town on Sunday. Wish I could go.

Too expensive. I think tickets are like 60 bucks, aren't they?
