I am in the process of hooking up a show for this amazing Anti-racist group called Victoria Antifa. So far i have been looking for next to free or cheap venues and all my inquireries have fallen short for some reason. Can you dig it!
Could anyone point me out in the wright direction for venues. PLEASE!!!
Also if your a local hardcore band and looking for a good cause to support, HOLLER AT YOUR BOY! Or if you know some really amazing local hardcore band down for a good cause let me know. Or if you can convince TRIAL to play for free that would be best.....

what about grindcore? theres not that many hardcore bands here.
as for venues, theres victoria events centre, or the victoria legion, maybe ambrosia or the sunset room (which sucks but you know whatever works)
and you know if you'd let me play I'd be down for contributing some money for the venue, or providing a P.a.

Sorry dude. I didint want to sound like i was gender style specific.
Hardcore, Grindcore, hiphop ect...... Racism is not specific to just one scene, it spreads beyond our scenes. So yeah!!! Im in. Not sure if you would mind playing with other bands from the hardcore, punk scene(if i find some, and i will) we can totally mix it up a little.
Im talking to talk is cheap for a venue, maybe that will work, its down town. Do you happen to have a contact for the venues you have proposed. I unfortunately do not live in Victoria so im having a hard time picturing what you are talking about.....

uh, im not in like direct contact but if you'd send me the info (like what day, how many bands you'd want, ect) I'd be more than happy to contact those venues for prices.

I was sorta thinking 15 or 16 of july. Thinking around 4 to 5 bands(short set lits) dpending on what local bands actually will want to play. An i wouldint want to charge more then 5, tops 7 dollars.
