yeh i second amebix. never got into it. i was introduced to alot of music i like by modern bands, so its hard to go and listen to something older(OG) that has less "production" or less musicianship to it. although i can still appreciate where the music came from and what they did. but yea....

I'm down with the (seemingly) general consensus that the Beatles and Pink Floyd are super boring.

Judge, Shelter, Cursed, Rudimentary Peni, Necros, Bob Dylan, Cold World, folk-punk, Menzingers (does anyone actually like this band? they seem to be pretty popular but i may just be talking to kids from langley too often), Bad Religion, Madball, GISM, Discharge, the Gaslight Anthem, the Velvet Underground, Municipal Waste(another case of too much langley?), Cro-mags, Screeching Weasel...

This is just off the top of my head, I'm sure there are alot more... I'll check my laptop and CD collection when I get home.
