I really am not a fan of brock lesnar, but I like watching him fight just becasue I cant wait to see someone beat him. I really didn;t get the ground stuff at all when I started watching, but ive come to appreciate it more the more ive watched. I much more prefer to watch a good stand up striking match and for this reason, have just gotten into watching K-1 and im super stoked on that, moreso than the UFC.
Also, haveing Kimbo fight in the ufc is a pretty lame grab for attention imo.

Joe Rogan knows a ton about MMA.
Dana White hates Kimbo slice. He worked for his air time.
The ground stuff although I agree isnt as entertaining is way more technical then anything done on your feet. Watch and appreciate.
Im not really a fan of any UFC fighters and I like the WWE angle they are taking with the rivalries but hey its what sells and it is a business.
I like GSP his Jujitsu is top notch and he doesnt talk an ounce of shit
I think I like BJ Penn too he has a giant head

This dude is a solid fighter.

I appreciate the ground stuff myself, one of the best matches I watched as a kid was between a Brazilian Ju-Jitsu fighter (I think it was the grandson of the guy who invented the style) and a Greco Roman wrestler. It was pretty rad. However, gotta say I agree with Josh, the striking matches are more fun. (What's K-1 by the way? I am interested).

I like Kimbo, but I'm a bigger fan of his street fighting tapes. His UFC stuff is just OK.

Then you'll go from being lonely to wishing that everybody would just fuck off because their a bunch of fucking buzzkills going on about how 'you've got a problem" and they "just want to be their to help you". You don't need any of them. You just need drugs.

If they had people in werewolf costumes wielding flame throwers enter randomly throughout MMA matches I'd totally watch. But like other televised competitive sports, it's not very dynamic enough for me.
