Fuck God, I worship Kirk Windstein....the God of the RIFF.
At Christmas you give thanks to the Holy Spirit, the little baby Jesus, and Kirk Windstein.

That sounds like the kind of training play list I'd listen to, too (if I trained...). Other bands would include, but are not limited too: Terror, Earthcrisis, Metallica (first three albums, only), Motorhead, and Slayer.

my friend here trains Muay Thai. I fought him for fun at the gym one day...needless to say I was bleeding afterwards hahahaha. He's shown me videos of old shit (wear they put ropes around their hands for gloves), it's fucking crazy. Those dudes are fucking weapons.

Just downloaded the Grind Madness at the BBC compilation that just dropped... the complete recording sessions for every grind/metal band recorded by John Peel, so much amazing shit it's actually not funny. Napalm Death, ENT, Carcass, Bolt Thrower, Godflesh, Unseen Terror, Heresy and Intense Degree. Gotta pick myself up a physical copy ASAP.
