just ate a bad ass set of veggie burgers then passed out for over an hour while watching 'how i met your mother'.

I had an amazing Thai curry and rice today, with a side of mock chicken with a "honey" and cracked black pepper sauce.

I am eating some swirly pasta with onions, mushrooms, zucchini, and various types of meat. And Bacon.
I have bacon in my pasta.

Tonight I cooked tofu, lemon, garlic, red peppers, some chili sauce from Africa, a few other spices on the BBQ then put that shit on rice. Topped off with a nice glass of ginger beer.

Side note: the chili sauce is super spicy, imported from Africa and is fair trade (proceeds also go towards giving education to street kids). Love that shit!

Yesterday: Ate the fuck out of a Floyd's Veggie Hash, no egg or cheese, sub tofu/banana peppers.

Today: Cereal.

Today is not nearly as awesome.

my boyfriend made me the BEST (okay my first) tofu scramble the other day for breakfast. i think i can become vegan now.. i didnt know you could do that. i mean, i love tofu but ive never seen it that egg-like light. mmm.

right now im eating toast made from sprouted grain/without flour because im a hippy like that. this is serious bread.

Lunch was Noodle Box's Chili Plum with tofu and rice. Had a Blue Buck to go with it. Way expensive, won't be able to do that again for a while, no care. It fucking ruled. Food was delicious, and mid-day beers are my new favorite thing.
